Four Months

Four months old!  I can't believe it.  This weekend we went to the Rockets game and Addie did great.  She met so many people and made friends with everyone around us.  We went to James Coney Island for a snack and a 99 cent hotdog where Addie sat in a high chair for one of the first times.  Addie began to lick the high chair.....we will be working on this.  Addie is now rolling over on both sides front back to belly and belly to back.  She is rocking back and forth and I think it is a matter of days before she crawls.  Addie has discovered her tongue and sticks it out all the time.  Her latest trick is that we have stopped sleeping through the night temperarily because now she rolls over and wants to play or just doesn't always go back to sleep.  Oh well, once a night still isn't bad and we are really fortunate for her!  Thank you Jesus.  Here are some pictures from this week.

Weekend at Mamaw and Papaw's

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures while we were there.  The good news is we found some bluebonnets on the way home on highway 19 in huntsville.  We stopped and took a few pictures.  Mamaw is sending us some cute pictures she took this weekend.  We can't wait! We had a lot of fun with all of the grandbabies in town at once.  Addie did well riding for four hours to and from Ben Wheeler.  Here are some pictures from today and a couple of days ago.  I like the one where Addie is asleep with milk and cereal on her face.  It makes us laugh!  thanks again Mamaw and Papaw for giving Jared and I a little needed parents night out.  We really enjoyed it and kinda liked Lindale.  I'm converted!  The comfort inn suites was great and so was Posados.   Thank you , Thank you, and more thank you!  We had a great time!

This weekend and I promise you, we ARE sick

This weekend we had some of our very best friends come to visit.  Jacob, Alexa and baby Will came and went house hunting here in Katy.  We couldn't be more excited that they will be residing in Katy in the June time frame.  Here are some pictures from yesterday and today.  Will was helping me feed Addie and he is soon to be a big brother!  He did such a great job of being gentle and loving.  What a great helper!  I think both kids did really well with their different feedings and bedtimes.  Here are some pictures of Addie when we got back from the doctor's office.  She has a runny nose and cough and we are waiting a couple more days to see if it runs its course before getting an antibiotic.  Then on Thursday off to Ben Wheeler, Texas to see Mamaw and Papaw.....can't wait!

San Antonio and Cheer Banquet

Addie did great this weekend.  We visited friends in San Antonio and went to Texas Road House.  We waited forever for us to be seated wrong.  They gave us free appetizers and we took advantage.  I thought that was great customer service.  Here are some pictures from Saturday and then Addie is wearing a dress from my junior high cheer banquet at Johnny Carinos.  She was a hit of course and she is looking pretty tired in the last few pictures.  Enjoy and more soon to come.  Oh, and we can't wait to see Jacob, Alexa and Will in a couple of days!!!!!
