Cy Fair Baby Shower

Jared and I are so blessed.  This last weekend we had a family shower at La Madeline's in Cy Fair. We received all kinds of things we needed for our new little bundle of joy.  Thank you to all the wonderful people that drove such long distances for our family's get together.  We really appreciate it.

SLip and Slide

Well the slip and slide party was a success.  I will be uploading some video from it.  The boys played kickball and of course the slip and slide.  We had a great time.  I have over 10 hamburger patties and 20 hot dogs left over.   So if you have any great ideas on what do with those let me know.  I was thinking Lasangna, spaghetti and maybe hamburger helper....Thanks again to my wonderful parents.  We couldn't have done this great party with out their help.  Love you guys!

Eight Months

Thought you ladies might find these pictures amusing.  My foot after is swelled up in my classroom.  I hadn't taken it off during the day and before I left I slipped them off.  Big mistake.  I won't be taking my shoes off before leaving campus anymore!  I had to walk to the parking lot bare footed.  No fun!  Here is a picture of me at church this morning.

Softball game on Sunday afternoons

Here is a picture of Jared and I at his first softball game with the optometry students he plays with on his team.  He is a fill in and they think he is a ringer!  He plays in Pearland on sunday evenings at 4:30 and 5:30.  So much fun!  Jared really is talented.  In this picture is also my dad's new beard.  John, I thought you would appreciate this one.  He is growing it for his bike trip to Mexico or maybe just because he can.  I like it and love you daddy.  Jared thinks it's really cool too.

My first baby shower

My first shower. We had a blast.  This group of lovely ladies are mainly from Willis and Huntsville.  I loved visiting with them and got a whole lot of insight on what is to come.  This was my teacher baby shower.  Thanks ladies, we appreciate you!
