This Saturday and Sunday Addison and I paid my parents a visit so that my Dad could take care of Junebug and we could visit with my Aunt Helen who came in town. It was nice to see her. she is so good with little ones and it was a joy getting to see her. Grandpa Reynolds got a new toy and Addison liked sitting on it and dancing to the radio. In fact she liked it so much that she pitched a fit when I took her off of it and into the house. My parents were helping take care of Addison because I let a Sebacious Cyst go unattended too long and it got infected. I didn't think it was a big deal. I kept putting it off because well, I'm a mom and others come first, and school is back and I just didn't think something bad would happen. I showed it to the school nurse and her reply was, "Oh my goodness, you need to be in the ER now! If you don't you will be by the end of the weekend." She was wrong. I didn't have a staff infection just a cyst got infected. All is better now. When I finally did make it to the doctor in a matter of less than ten minutes I was wheeled on a girnie, I don't know how to spell that, and they pumped me with lidocaine and had it cut open. I will keep you from the nastiness. I have a cut and had to have it checked today. All is well. I have a small cut still and I'm on an antibiotic. I should be good as new in no time.
